Dale has a passion for helping business owners achieve their long-term financial goals. As a business owner himself, he sees the need to support his community by helping businesses design and implement comprehensive retirement and employee benefit plans.

Dale and his wife, Kim, have two children, Trey and Lexi. Dale enjoys business, real estate, sports, and spending time with his family. He is a survivor of the September 11, 2001, World Trade Center attack. He considers himself blessed and thankful for each day. He has shared his story through 200+ speaking engagements, articles, and interviews.
